Friends!
Finally getting some Choke pages up on the side bar. I read the entire second chapter with my mouth agape. Wow. This is definitley no Mommy Tale...no Mommy Tale at all. Mommy Issues maybe... So I've saved it for my 9 hours on the plane because I think it will be hard to look away from it!!
Hope you all have a fabulous couple of weeks until we meet again. Choke the movie is available on DVD now and perhaps should be involved in our next meeting, non?

I have plenty of inlaw tales of woe to tell but need the blogger information again. I do believe that CD has to invite us again as it's blocked. :( Since I'm a stones throw away from Walmart, I'll pick up the movie for the next meeting.
I am open to hosting the next book club. We have a big screen and lots of seating to watch the movie. I missed last book club, so does anyone have any ideas as to when we should have it?

Let's do it the first week of April. That first Friday, April 3rd?? I will most likely watch the movie before our next book club as Chrisiten has been on me to finish the book so that we can watch it since it's been at Blockbuster. So I can just be the spoiler alert at the end of the couch.. Bahahahaha....
I'd like to give this book, 3 lost ass balls out of 6. I'm left confused as to the meaning of it all. Perhaps I was looking for a more answers in the end.

3rd works for me! Eff I love how weird that guy is....Im only 1/4 way in but omg i love this guys twisted brain. Definetly a good venure from the books we've been reading (or not reading in my case). Of course I read the one with the sicko perv....

I'm totally curious to hear your thoughts Alana. Seeing as you couldn't make it through Diary, which I didn't think was as raunchy or as graphic as Choke. Interesting discussion I hope...
