I haven't picked it up yet, cause I find that I read the books too fast. However, Chapeters is on my list of things to do this week, so I'm hoping to have it started by this weekend! I'm excited to start reading it.
I've had a few set backs and taken way too long to get to page 44 - like a week!!!
First, I had to refresh my memory on the story of The Wizard of Oz. I got it all muddled up with about 3 other stories (ie. there is no Fairy God Mother - there is the Good Witch)
Second, I had to get over flipping to the map of Oz every time they referenced a place. It was distracting me too much.
Third, I had to get rid of my instant "no such thing" judgement when reading about Time Dragons, Quadlings, and such.
I haven't picked it up yet. I'm nervous about it. I know, I voted for it and now i'm talking shit. Dang. Ok I will pick it up this weekend. How much time do I still have???

I think that Shannon was going to have a brunch the weekend of the 20th. So like two weeks. It's good though, I'm kinda flying through it.

Does brunch book club still work for you girls? How about a Sunday, what works better for everyone...the 21st or 28th?
If brunch doesn't work, I can do an evening too...very willing to work with the masses here!
